Training focuses on combat skill specific conditioning that develops the mental and physical attributes necessary for edged, impact, and empty-hand weapon combat. Attributes are developed within the footwork drills and weapons drills of the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali System. This is achieved by following the Training Phases and Process, which consists of the following:
